Our mission is to provide you with an unrivalled 5* treatment journey to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated & renewed after each and every visit. We offer a wide range of treatments and use reputable product houses such as ESPA, Jessica, GELeration, Lash Perfect, Nouveau, Waxperts, Fake Bake and NSI. We are open Tuesday to Saturday offering a wide range of appointment times including evenings.

*PATCH TESTS: Patch tests for eyelash/eyebrow tinting & HD brows is required at least 48-hours’ prior to any tinting treatments. You will be required to have another patch test if there is a 6-month lapse between appointments. These treatments cannot be carried out if a patch test is not performed.

*LVL ENHANCE LASHES: A patch test is required at least 48-hours prior to EVERY LVL lash treatment. This treatment cannot be carried out if a patch test is not performed.

*SEMI-PERMANENT LASHES:Patch tests for eyelash extensions are required at least 24-hours prior to treatments. You will be required to have another patch test if there is a 12-month lapse between appointments. This treatment cannot be carried out if a patch test is not performed.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48-hours notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment, cancellations/rearranging appointments within 24-hours will result in a 50% charge as there will be missed opportunity for others and time wasted. No shows will result in a 100% cancellation charge. If you do not attend your appointment on time your treatment time may be reduced accordingly or you may be refused treatment.

*GIFT VOUCHERS: Gift vouchers purchased cannot be passed on to anyone else to be redeemed. vouchers must be used by the person who the voucher was intended for. Gift vouchers can be used for any treatment up to the value of which it was purchased for. Gift vouchers are valid for 6-months and cannot be extended.

*TREAT CARDS: Treat cards are available at the salon, each customer is entitled to one free treat card and it is your responsibility to look after this card. If you break or lose your card, you will incur a £1 charge for this to be replaced. Each treat card is allocated to one person only and these cannot be shared. Once points are collected free treatments will be given out at random, these treatments cannot be chosen by the customer. Each pound spent on treatments mounts up to 1 point, double points will be rewarded for each pound spent on products at the salon. You can receive extra points by reviewing us via the link sent to your email, by taking a salon selfie or by recommending a friend. Please ask for more information.

*ONLINE BOOKINGS: Online bookings can be made via our website www.suzannejaynebeauty.co.uk or via our Facebook page by clicking the ‘book now’ tab. You will be asked for your credit/debit card details to pay a small deposit. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointments you must do this online at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to adhere to this cancellation policy, the business have the right to charge you the remaining amount of your booking by way of online payment. It is your responsibility to keep any login details safe.
